Piano Rentals
Hello. I'm considering renting pianos suitable for beginning piano students. These instruments would be assessed and in good repair so they would make excellent daily practice pianos. The month to month rental price would include any service calls I may need to make to resolve a "sticky key" etc. The renter would only be responsible for the monthly rent, not any repairs the piano may need (This does not apply to any intentional damage or neglect). The rental agreement would also require the renter to pay for an annual tuning ($100.00).
The rental fee would be $40/month. An initial payment of $180 would be required and covers the piano move into your home and pick up at the end of the rental as well as first and last monthly rental fee. Payment would be accepted through Paypay (preferred) or a personal check.
