Service Warranty Details
Unless otherwise stated, every piano I sell comes with a warranty. The duration of that warranty for any given piano is indicated on the Piano Sales page. If any issue develops that is covered within the scope of the warranty, I will return to your piano and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
What is covered: The Action; everything from the keys to the hammers and everything in between. The Foot Pedals/Lyre/Trapwork; everything regarding the correct operation of the foot pedals.
What is not covered: Damage or Malfunction of any component due to intentional or accidental abuse or neglect. Also not covered: string breakage, soundboard, bridge, pinblock, voicing and case finish.
For example, if a key becomes "sticky" or a foot pedal quits working, just call me. I will repair for no additional charge.

2-year warranty covering all mechanical aspects of the piano action and foot pedals.
